吴紫云员工,永利集团2002级生物技术专业本科、2006级作物遗传育种专业硕士,2014年获新加坡国立大学食品科学与工程博士学位,2014年至2019年于哈佛大学医学院/Joslin糖尿病研究中心从事博士后研究。现任上海交通大学农业与生物学经理聘教轨副教授,博士生导师,独立课题组组长。
吴紫云员工长期从事食品营养与生物衰老相关研究,成果显著。2019年以第一作者在Cell Metabolism(IF=27)发表研究论文,引起了学术界知名学者的高度关注,该成果被哈佛医学院主页等多个媒体报道。以第一作者在Cell Metabolism和BMC Biology等期刊发表SCI论文多篇。先后荣获国际食品科技联盟青年科学家奖(2016年)、上海市浦江人才计划项目(2020年)和上海市海外高层次人才计划项目(2021年)资助。
